1. Scope

This policy applies to FitnessNutritionPro at fitnessnutritionpro.com. It describes the MVP as delivered, including privacy-first, aggregate website measurement through Cloudflare Web Analytics. If account, personalization or other data-handling features are added, this policy and any necessary preference controls will be updated before they are enabled.

2. Calculator information

Calculator values are processed in your browser to display a result. FitnessNutritionPro does not send those values to a database, create a profile from them or retain them after you leave or refresh the page.

Do not treat the calculator as a place to store health information. There is no save feature in the MVP.

3. Information you submit

The site has no account registration, contact form, newsletter, comments, uploads or saved-profile feature. It does not ask you to submit a name, email address, health record or payment information.

4. Technical logs

The hosting provider may automatically process standard request data such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp and error logs for security, reliability and troubleshooting. FitnessNutritionPro does not use this data to infer nutrition or health characteristics.

5. Cookies and browser storage

The FitnessNutritionPro application does not set cookies or use local storage or session storage. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate visits, page views, referrers, page paths, broad country, device and browser categories, and website-performance metrics such as Core Web Vitals.

Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies or browser storage for analytics, fingerprint individual visitors, or collect or use visitors' personal data. Calculator inputs are not transmitted to Cloudflare Web Analytics.

The hosting provider may use strictly necessary security or network technologies to deliver and protect the service. The site does not include advertising, personalization or third-party embedded media. If FitnessNutritionPro later adds non-essential cookies or other analytics technology that requires a preference control, it will update this notice and provide the appropriate choice before enabling that technology.

6. Security and retention

The application has no user database or contact-submission endpoint. Calculator values remain in the current browser page and are discarded when you reset, refresh or leave it. Standard technical logs are controlled and retained by the hosting provider according to its operational settings. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

No application-level profile exists to access, correct or delete. You can still use browser controls to inspect or clear site data and to restrict cookies generally. Depending on your location, privacy rights may apply to limited technical data processed by the hosting provider.

8. Children

The calculator is intended for adults aged 18 and over. The site is not designed to knowingly collect information from children.

9. Policy changes

Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Review the policy when new data-handling features are announced.
